About the project
“Karpatská brána” is a residential complex located in the green Lamach neighborhood of Bratislava. It offers a living environment that combines sustainability, privacy, and integration into the capital’s urban infrastructure.
The project’s main advantage is its location at the foot of the Little Carpathians and, at the same time, in close proximity to the heart of the capital. Thanks to excellent transportation links, you can easily combine a walk in the woods with a 9:00 a.m. business meeting. It takes 10 minutes by car to reach the center of Bratislava, and 40 minutes via the D2 expressway to Vienna.
