Traditionally, we report on the stages of implementation of the IQ House residential complex. Despite the war and other difficult circumstances, the blago team continues to build. We are building up the next floors, preparing for the landscaping and bringing the moment of handing over the keys to the happy apartment buyers closer. Read more about the pace of construction in the report. From December 2022:   Section 1 The excavation of the pit is completed. Concreting of the foundation slab is completed. The 1st floor has been erected. The construction of vertical elements of the 2nd floor has begun. Concreting of the floor slab of the 2nd floor has begun.   Section 2 The 3rd to 5th floors have been erected. The construction of vertical elements of the 6th floor is completed. Installation of the floor slab of the 6th floor has begun. Exterior walls of the 2nd and 3rd floors have been constructed. Completed laying of the internal walls of the 2nd floor. Laying of the internal walls of the 3rd floor has begun.   Section 3 The 2nd-4th floors have been erected. The construction of vertical elements of the 5th floor has begun. Completion of the exterior walls of the 2nd floor. Laying of the internal walls of the 2nd floor has begun.   Thanks to active work, we are achieving good results.
