• Sections 1-2

The construction of floors has been completed. The laying of external walls has been completed. Laying of internal walls is in progress. Glazing of all floors is completed. Commercial glazing is 60% complete. The facade is 65% complete. The roof of the commercial building is 90% complete. Plastering of apartments continues. Installation of internal drainage networks K1 and K2 has begun.

• Section 3

The basement, 1-10th residential floors have been constructed. Installation of vertical elements of the 11th floor is completed. Exterior walls of the 1st-6th residential floors have been constructed. The internal walls of the 1-2nd residential floors are 80% complete and the 3rd residential floor is 50% complete.

• Parking lot

Construction has begun. The excavation of the pit has been completed. Arrangement of crushed stone preparation has been completed. Reinforcement of the parking lot foundation slab is 80% complete.
