This is the result of the continuous work of the entire blago team, which we share with you every time.   Since April this year, the following changes have taken place in IQ House:   Section 1 The 3rd-8th floors have been built. The outer walls of the 1-3rd floors have been built. Internal walls of the 1st and 2nd floors have been built. Installation of windows on the 1st and 2nd floors has been completed. Installation of windows on the 3rd floor is in progress. Laying of the walls of the basement floor has been completed. The waterproofing of the foundation has been completed by 50%. Pipe laying for domestic sewage, stormwater, water supply and cable products has been completed.   Section 2 All floors have been completed. External walls of the 4th to 10th floors have been constructed. Installation of windows on the 1st-8th and 10th floors has been completed. Installation of windows on the 9th floor is 50% complete. Laying of the walls of the basement floor has been completed. Pipes for domestic sewage, stormwater, water supply and cable products have been installed. Plastering of apartments is in progress. The screed on the technical floor has been completed. The waterproofing of the foundation has been completed by 50%. Facade works have begun.   Section 3 The 6th to 10th floors have been erected. Exterior walls of the 2nd-8th floors have been erected. Installation of windows on the 1st-5th floors. Pipes for domestic sewage, stormwater, water supply and cable products have been installed. Reinforcement and concreting of the vertical elements of the technical floor has been completed. The masonry of the basement walls has been completed. Laying of the parapet has begun. Waterproofing of the foundation has been completed by 70%.
