What is eVidnovlennia?
eVidnovlennia is a program designed to support people whose homes were damaged or destroyed as a result of hostilities since February 24, 2022.

How the eVidnovlennia program works: step‑by‑step guide

1 Submit information about damaged housing in Diia
In the Diia app, select the “eVidnovlennia” section and indicate that your home was damaged or destroyed due to the war. Fill out a short form: address, type of housing, date of damage, attach photos or videos (if available).

2 Await damage assessment
Local authorities or the commission will inspect your home. This may involve an on-site visit or a remote assessment based on photos and documents. They will evaluate the extent of the damage and the possibility of repair.

3 Await compensation decision
Based on the assessment, a decision is made: to provide funds for repairs or issue a housing certificate for new housing. You will receive a notification about this in Diia.

4 Receive cash compensation or certificate
Compensation is transferred to a special account (eVidnovlennia card).

5 Purchase new housing with the certificate
Choose an apartment from the available offers on the website and complete the purchase with the certificate. Or leave a request, and our manager will assist you. Note that the certificate may cover the full or partial cost of the selected housing. If the amount is insufficient, you can cover the difference with your own funds.
